Ancient Of Days Charity Foundation

Outreach is spiritual, biblical and it matters because it is at the very heart of God!

Scripture is full of outreach examples. Jesus in His mission statement, said: “I have come to seek and to save the lost.”   His mission should be our mission.  He looked at the crowds and had compassion on them because they were like sheep without a shepherd.  We should learn God's heart and our hearts should break for the things that break God’s heart.

There is a story of  the crowd being fed by five loaves and two fish (Matthew 14).

In Mark 2, a group of friends figured out how to open up a roof to get their friend to Jesus. It our duty to look beyond ourselves  to the people around us and share the love of Christ as we serve and connect with communities around the world.

Outreach is part of our ministry because Jesus did outreach. We bring the gospel beyond the pulpit and the walls of the church down to the street and to the remotest parts of the world where people need the gospel most.

We need to come to that moment when we turn rhetoric into action. A moment to put laughter on the faces of poor people in rural places around the world.

Isaiah 58:7  says: “Is it not to divide your bread with the hungry And bring the homeless poor into the house; When you see the naked, to cover him; And not to hide yourself from your own flesh?

Community Meal Fellowship

In keeping with Jesus's and the apostolic tradition, we host  community meals where we gather people together in communities.
This biblical spiritual practice brings people together to share meal and fellowship with both the people you know and the people you do not know because Jesus did it.
Scripture tells us that Jesus ate with all kinds of people, in all kinds of situations. Jesus eats in homes, Jesus eats with crowds, and Jesus eats with his close friends and at the same time, Jesus is sharing the good news of the gospel by being present with people, by engaging in some of life’s most basic and essential activities with them. 'Community meal' is any way that you gather people together and share in eating some good food just as the apostles did " 46 Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, 47 praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved Acts 2:46-47.

DIFFERENT WAYS WE REACH OUT TO THE LESS PRIVILEGED

Donating Clothing to The Needy

Donate your used clothes to the needy persons around the world. We send a large amount of clothes to Africa and other parts of the world. Sometimes the donated items are turned to cash to help people in crisis and to help victims of poverty.

A warm blanket, thick clothes, hot soup, and cozy nights are not for everyone in winter. The cold winds during the winter nights pierce the skin of the poor, but they have no form of shields or coverings to protect themselves. There is no better gift than providing warm clothing to the needy during the winter season.

Ezekiel 18:7  If a man does not oppress anyone, but restores to the debtor his pledge, does not commit robbery, but gives his bread to the hungry and covers the naked with clothing,

Ezekiel 18:16   or oppress anyone, or retain a pledge, or commit robbery, but he gives his bread to the hungry and covers the naked with clothing,

When you donate please only give fresh, quality clothing & shoes that are in good condition. Consider if your items will provide the dignity, comfort & confidence we strive to give to the less privileged.

Ministry To Destitute

Psalm 82: 3-4 says, "Defend the cause of the weak and fatherless; uphold the rights of the afflicted and oppressed. Rescue the weak and needy; save them from the hand of the wicked.

The aim of the Ministry to the Destitute is to respond to the will of God in taking care of the destitute - the widows and widowers, street children and homeless and transform their lives from hopelessness and suffering to lives of dignity and purpose and give them better future and a hope by providing life essentials such as food, clothes, medicines and support for shelter where needed.

We greatly need your help and support to achieve this goal and keep the vision going.
